Qualified pilates instructor with a passion for mindful movement
I became a pilates instructor after experiencing first-hand how transformative the practice is — from recovering after a back injury to building a level of body awareness and strength I never had before.
I trained with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) and hold qualifications in mat, reformer, pre & postnatal pilates. I also have experience working with clients recovering from injury and chronic pain.
My classes are welcoming, informed and always adapted to the people in the room. I believe pilates is for every body — not just the flexible or the athletic.
